Terms of Service — EverReach

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EverReach platform. By using EverReach, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EverReach, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organisation, and agree to be bound by them.

2. The service

EverReach provides an AI-powered sales automation platform that integrates with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and third-party CRM tools. Features include prospect enrichment, CRM sync, engagement automation, and AI-assisted messaging.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use EverReach only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws - including data protection laws and LinkedIn's Terms of Service. You must not:

Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited messages at scale
Scrape or misuse LinkedIn data in violation of LinkedIn's policies
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt EverReach systems
Resell or sublicense the platform without written consent

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

5. Subscription and payment

EverReach is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual property

EverReach and its technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You retain ownership of any data you import into the platform.

7. Data processing

To the extent we process personal data on your behalf, we do so as a data processor under your instructions and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EverReach shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for material breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv.
