Lawful use only, compliant with data protection laws and LinkedIn's ToS. You must not spam, scrape, hack, or resell the platform.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorised access immediately.
Billed in advance, non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Pricing changes come with 30 days' notice.
EverReach technology is ours. You retain ownership of your data.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may suspend immediately for material breach.
Laws of Israel. Disputes resolved in Tel Aviv courts.
